evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of ~
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation ~

of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that ~

' the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and ~
should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~

! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: `

1, DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between NELL ~

GERTRUDE MORTINSEN and DANNY DEAN MORTINSEN be and the same is ;
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrim~ny heretofore existing

between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. £

2. CUSTODY. Custody of RANDY DEAN MORTINSEN, minor j

child of the parties, is hereby awarded to NELL GERTRUDE ~

~ MORTINSEN with reasonable visitation rights reserved to DANNY ;

~ DEAN MORTINSEN. #

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the lst day of February, 1978,
DANNY DEAN MORTINSEN shall pay to NELL GERTRUDE MORTINSEN, the
sum of Eighty ($80.00) Dollars each and every month, for the
