The party of the first part, pursuant to the provisions of
the Last Will and Testament of the said RITA J. LANG, deceased, dated
March 17, 1971, and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other ~
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells~ '
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. -
Lucie Coun~ty, Florida described as follows:

13 ac~cording to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 13, Page 46 of the Public Records of St. ~

and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part. ,
his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
