For value received, PETER M. LEAMING, INC., a Florida corporation, hereby '
promises'to pay, without defalcation, to the order of CLAUDE H. COMBS and
LOU~SE L. COMBS, his wife, 1902 South 8th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, the
sum of SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRID FIFTY DOLLARS, with interest from January
l, 1978, at the rate of 7i6 per annum, in three, equal, principal installments,
pZus interest, payable coincident with the first, second and third draws
! which Maker of this note is to receive on the mortgage from First Federal
; Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, which Maker is presently nego-
! tiating, and which mortgage will encumber the same property as is encumbered
~ by the mortgage which secures_this note. Nevertheless, this note shall be
payable in full six months from the date of this note.
~ Privilege shall be given to prepay this note at any time without penalty. If
default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at th e option
of the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments
shall be due and payable at once. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the
holder hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed ex-

~ tension.
~ Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally waives demand,
presentment, protest and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees
to any extension of time of payment, either before or after maturity, without
notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reason-
~ able attorney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally
~ waives all benefit of homestead and exemption under the constitution and laws
~ of each State of the United States, as againstthis obligation or any extension
or renewal hereof. -
