The undersigned. as guardian of the pronerty
of KAREN LYNN HANDKINS , incompetent, alleges:
, l. The .need for the continuation of this guardisnship no longer exists by reason of the fact
that KAREN LYNN HANDKINS is now an adult, having reached her 18th •

2. Petitioner files herewith a finai return containing a full and correct account of all
receipts and disbursements of all the ward's property of which petitioner has control su~oc the last
return filed herein, if any, or from the'commencement of the administration of this guardianship if
no prior return has been filed, which teturn includes a statement of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that the said war~, KAftEN LYNN IiANDKINS } has
consented to the final accounting., guardian's fees, attorney's fees
and the discharge of petitioner as guardian, said Consent being ~
filed herein. '

WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered approving all accountings not
previousiy approved and discharging petitioner as guardian and releasing the surety on petitioner's
bond, if any. from further liability.
