~ I, ALBERT BERMAN, domiciled and residing in St. Lucie ~
~County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and

'considering the uncertainty of this life, do make, publish and
'Ideclare this to be my Last taill And Testament, hereby revoking all ;
:other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I hereby direct that all of my legal debts, : ;

funeral expenses, and cost of administration of my estate be paid ;

as soon as practicable after the date of my death. ~

' SECOND: I give and devise to my beloved Wife, ELAINE R. ~

~BERMAN, of Fort Pierce, Florida, all of my estate, real, personal
'and mixed, wherever the same may be situated or located, of which I

'may die seized or possessed, in fee simple absolute to be hers
absolutely and forever.
THIRD: I give and devise. the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, real, personal and mixed, wherever the same may be
situated or located, of which I may die seized or possessed, to my
beloved Wife, ELAINE R. BERMAN, to be hers absolutely and forever.
FOURTH: Throughout this my Last Will And Testament and ~

the Testamentary Trust contained herein, I shall refer to ALICE I. ~

BROOMHALL as my daughter. To avoid difficulties, I must explain ~

~ that ALICE is not my natural daughter, but is my step-daughter by

virtue of my marriage to ALICE'S natural mother, my beloved Wife, #
~
ELAINE R. BERMAPJ. But even though ALICE is not my natural daughter, ~
Z love her as if she were. ~
