have attained the age af eighteen (18) years at the date of my death,
I give and devise all of the aforesaid personal effects to my
father-in-law and mother-in-law, MAX NOVIE and FAY NOVIE, or the
survivor of them, or if both of them should predecease me, to my
sister-in-law, LAURA KAPLAN, in trust for the use and benefit of >
my daughter, ALICE I. BROOMHALL, until she attains the age of
eighteen (18) years of age, at which time the aforesaid trustee
shall deliver the trust corpus to.said beneficiary and said corpus
shall be hers absolutely and forever, in fee simple absolute, per
stirpes and not per capita. Said Trustee to have all powers granted
to Trustees under PART IV of Chapter 737, Florida Statutes (1975).
SE~IENTH: In the event that my beloved Wife, ELAINE R.
BERMAN, predeceases me, and my beloved daughter, ALICE I. BROOMHALL,
shall be less than twenty-five (25) years of age at the date of my
death, after all of my just and lawful debts, estate taxes and costs
of administration of my estate shall have been paid, I give and
devise the rest, residue and remainder of.my estate, real, personal
and mixed, wherever the same may be situated or located, of which I
may die seized or possessed, to the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT
PIERCE, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, in Trust, however, for my beloved
daughter, ALICE I. BROONiHALL, and my said Trustee shall hold title
to and administer the aforesaid assets of my estate for the
following uses and purposes and shall administer same with the
following powers, ta wit:
(1) My Trustee shall, immediately after my death,
liquidate all of the assets of my estate, at its discretion, and ~

reinvest the monies received therefrom with the object of causing the !
trust estate to produce the maximum cash net income for the use and f

purposes hereinafter set ~forth. E

(2) My Trustee is authorized to retain in the Trust, `
fo~ such time as it may deem advisable, any property, tangible or
