from the Trust estate, such amounts from the corpus of the Trust ~
estate, up to the whole thereof, as my Trustee may from time to time ~
deem necessary for the use and benefit of the beneficiary. I
expressly grant to my Trustee the power .to invade the corpus and to ;

completely exhaust'the corpus to fulfill the aforesaid purposes, since
my concern is primarily for the support, maintenance, and education
of my beneficiary rather than the preservation of principal for
distribution upon termination of the Trust.
(7) After my daughter attains the age of twenty (20)
years, my Trustee, in its absolute discretion, may pay to said
beneficiary up to five thousand ($5,000.00) dollars per year in
addition to the sums paid by said Trustee to the beneficiary for her
full support and maintenance, education and general welfare.
(8) In exercising its discretionary authority with
respect to the payment of net income or principal of the Trust estate •

under any of the provisions hereinabove and hereinafter set forth,
I the determination of the Trustee shall be conclusive upon all persons

i howsoever interested in this Trust.

(9) The Trustee shall have the right to resign at
any time, and upon such resignation the Trustee or the beneficiary
of the Trust may secure the appointment of successor Trustee by a
Court of competent jurisdiction, at the expense of the Trust.
(10) When my Trustee files its Petition to establish ;
its qualifications as Trustee hereunder, no notice of the filing of
its Petition need be given to the beneficiary of the Trust created
hereunder. All powers, duties and discretionary authority granted

~ to my Trustee may be exercised by it without posting any bond or

pledging any security.
