predeceases me, I make, constitute and appoint my beloved daughter,
ALICE I. BROOMHALL, as personal representative if she has attained '
the age of twenty-five (25) years of age at the time of my death,
but if she has not attained said age, I make, constitute and appoint
the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, to be ,
the personal representative of this my Last Will And Testament, and
expressly confer upon my said daughter or said Bank all of the powers
I granted to my Wife and alternate personal representatives herein-
above.
