PETITION FOR LF~AVE TO SELL PROPERTY OF WARD
Petitioner,• JOI~J RUSSELL ERRETT, as quardian of the
property of AMELIA LOUISS REID, an incompetent because of
senility, respectfully alleges:
1. The above-named ward is the owner of certain
property which Petitioner desires to sell described as
follaws : •
Lots 15 and 16 of C. A. KILLER'S SUBDIVISION,
being a part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 9, Tvwnship 35 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and
necessary to sell the property, described above, for the
followi.ng reasons: The incompetent is in a nursing home and
; ' unable to return to her residence and the sale is desired in

'f order to provide cash for her maintenance.

3. Petitioner desires to sell the property at private
sale on the followinq terms: $13,000.00 in cash, less the
~ customary closing costs.
WfiEREFORE, Petitioner asks that an order be entered
authorizing him to sell the property on the terms and condi-
tions set forth in this Petition.
