welfare of Lakewood Park. All purchasers of residence property ~

or a corporate or non-corporate organization. Grantees will pay

$11.00 for each lot to Lake Indrio Corporation, its nominees or !

assigns, on February 1, of each year, said sum to-be used for i

4; 14. Lake Indrio Corporation has heretofore ;

16. As provided in deed from Lake Indrio !
Corporation to the Grantors herein dated March 11, 1959, recorded~
