KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersiqned Mortgaqors
hereby correct that certain Mortqaqe, recorded in O.R. Book 270, at

Paqe 2868, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said
Mortgaqe being dated July 12, 1977, recorded July 14, 1977_, in the
oriqinal amount of $29,640.00, which Mortqage description is corrected
to read as follows:
The South 80 feet of the following described property: ~
All that part of Lot 62~ East of Canal 71, and North
of a Westerly Extension of the North boundary of Outlot
14 (a2so beinq a Westerly extension of the South ~
boundary of 4utlots 15 and 16), accordinq to Sheen's
Survey of white City in Section 4, Township 36 South,-
Range 40 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 23, ~
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
EXCEPT the South 490 feet thereof East of Canal 71, - ~
and North of the Westerly extension of the North boundary
of 0utlot 14 (also beinq the South boundary of Outlots
15 and 16 of White City) according to the above
mentioned Sheen's Survey.
AND the above described Mortqage with Citizens Federal Savings and `
