THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of December, 1977,
between SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE C4UNTY, as TRUSTEE under the Last Will
and Testament of B, JEA.~]ETTE MORRELL, Deceased, Party of the First
Part, and DARRELL D. FRANKLIN and JUDITH W. FRANKLIN, his wife,
Parties of the Second Part, whose address is 180 Jardain Road, ~

W I T N E S S E T H:
The Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations in
har~d paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys, and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs
and assigns forever, the real property located in St. Lucie County, :
Florida, hereinafter described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 11, Block 77, RIVER PARK UNIT 9B, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 47A of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments =
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to
said property.
