The total interust payable hereunder shall not in any one year exceed the htghest lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida. ~ This Note is secured by a mortgage (the Mortgage) , dated the date heraof, of pr+operty situated in the State of Florida, granted by the Maker to the Payee, to } which reference is hereby made for a description of the mortgaged property, - the nature and extent of the security, the rights of the Payee tn respect thereaf and the terms and conditions upon which this Note is issued. The AAaker agrees that it shall be bound by a~y agreement exte~djng the time or modifying the above terms of payment, ~nade by the Payee~and the owner t or awners of the property affected by the Mortgage, whether w~th or without rwtioe to the Maker, and the Maker shall oontinue liable to pay the amount due i~e,reunder, but with interest at a rate no greater than the lnierest Rate, accar- ding to terms of any such agreement of extension or modiflcation. ~ The unpaid batanoe of the Principal Amaunt, plus accrued lnterest shall becoaMe due and payable at the option of the Payee ~der the happening of an event by which said balance shall or may beoome due and payable under the terms of the JYlortgage . .
