In the manner hereinafter stated after date, I, we or either of us promise to pay to
the oxder of First Citrus Bank of Indian River County, a Floricia Banking Coiporation

at the rate of 8.25 per cent per annun until paid; interest payable with ncipa
And each of us whether maker, guarantor or endorser, hereby severally waives and re-
nounces any and all hanestead exemption rights we may have under the Constitution or
Laws of the State of Florida, or any other State, or United States, as aqainst this
note; and each further waives demand, notice of non-nayment and pmtest, and in the
event it becomes necessary to collect this note through an attorney, agrees to pay
all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fee. ~
If default is made in payment more than 30 days after due, then at the option of the ;
holder, and without any notice, all the remainin~; ~alance shall be due and payable ~
at once.
The principal of this note shall he payable as follows: ~SO,OOO.Oq one (1) year
after date; 550,000.00 two (2) years a~ter date; ~S0,000.00 three (3) years after
date; ~50,000.0~ four (4) years after date; and 550,000.00 Five (5) years after date.
In addition to principa2, interest at the rate of 8.25~ per anrnmn on the impaid
principal balance shall be dc~e and payable on principal paying ciates. The maker shall
have the right to prepay principal in full or in part at anytime without penalty or
premitun.
This note is secured by a real estate mortgage of even ciate and is subject to the
teims and conditions contained therein. .
