TEMPORARY ORDER - ~
This cause was heard on December 16, 1977, after notice upon
the Wife's Petition for Temporary Support while this cause is •
pending. The Court having heard the evidence presented and the
arguments of the attorneys for the parties, and being fully advised,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Wife shall have the right to use and have possession
of the marital dwelling located at 504 Emil Avenue, Fort~Pierce, -
St. Lucie County, Florida. as well as the furniture and furnishings
contained therein. The Husband shall be responsible for the monthly
mortgage payment and charge for utilities furnished to the marital
dwelling when same become due and before default. Additionally, the -
Wife shall have the right to have the possession of the 1974 Chevrolet
automobile and the Husband shall be responsible for the monthly pay-
ment thereon. -
2. The Husband, ROBERT CNARLES PADGETT, shall pay to the
Wife, LYNN SIMONDS PADGETT, the sum of ~aenty-Five DoZlars ($25.00)
per week as temporary support commencing on the~~~ day of
December, 1977.
3. It is further ordered and adjudged that this Order shall
remain in full force and effect until further order of this Court, ~
and jurisdiction of thfs cause and the parties hereto is retained
for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
