Comes now BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Esquire, and moves this Court
to enter an Order permitting and authorizing the aforesaid attorney
to withdraw as Counsel of Record for the above named Defendant and
alleges in support thereof:

1. That Jerome E. Brownlee, individually, and as President
of Brownlee and Associates, Inc., has informed said Counsel of Record
that he has decided to retain other Counsel in these causes and has
directed said Gounsel of Record not to represent said Defendant and
not to perform any further work on the behalf of same. .
2. To the best knowledge of said attorney the attorney for
the adverse party in this cause has no opposition to his being allowed
to withdraw.
Wherefore, the movant prays for t' Co to rant e above
requested relief. _
