PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate alleqes:
1. The decedent, MILDRED J. TAUB, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on May 16, 1977, and Letters of Ad~inistration
were issued to Petitioner on September 27, 1977.
2. Petitioner f iles herewith a final accounting containing ~
a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the commence-
ment of~administration of this estate, or since the date of the last
periodic accounting filed herein, if any.
3._ Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the pay-
ment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of
the State of Fl~ida, and has obtained and filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both
federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of
the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribu-
tion attached hereto as Exhibit A.
, 6.. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding
and their respective addresses are: SUSIE CAROL THOMPSON, 319 North
llth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
