TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before me this 9th -
,
day of December, 1977, upon the oetition of the Wife for temporary
relief~ and the Court having heard the testimony of the Flife and
having admitted the financial affidavit of the Wife-into evidence,
and having considered the testimony of the Husband, and the Court
being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Temporary custody of the minor child of the parties,
CALVIN REEVES, JR., is hereby awarded to the Wife.
2. Temporary support is herebq awarded to the Wife in the

amount of $27,50 per week, payment of which shall be made by the
Husband through the Clerk of the Circuit Court comnencing on the
16th day of Decenber, 1977. Tn addition, there is hereby assessed
the sum of $2,00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment to ;
the Clerk. All payments sha11 be made in cash, money order or ~
cashier's check. Both parties are hereby ordered to keep the Clerk ~
of this Court advised of their mailing and residence address at aIl
~
times while this order is in effect.
3. The Wife and the minor child shall have the right to the
use and have possession of the marital dwelling and the furniture and
fixtures contained therein located at 2109 Avenue "N", Fort Pierce,
Florida, and the Husband shall remove himself and his personal
belongings other than furnishings and fixtures by 5:00 o'clock P.M. ~
December 16, 1977.
_ 4. Each of the parties are hereby enjoined and restrained
