VICTORIA ROBERSON, are hereby enjoined and restrained from iat~-~er3~
with, harrassing or annoying one another and the Husband i.~ ~rdered t~o
vacate and rem4ve himself from the marital home by 5:00 p_~_ r~ S~ag, ~
December 18, 1977. This restraining order shall remain ia fc~rve ~i~
the pendency of these proceedings for dissolution of marri~aq~ and t~
Sheriff of St. Lucie County is ordered to enforce this restra~~nq
order without furtber order of this court. ~
2. That the Wife is awarded temporary care and of ~
the minor child of the parties, LORI ROBERSON, with reason~~e visi~a-
