3. That the Wife is awarded temporary attorneys fees of ~

$50.00 and costs of suit of $34.50. The Husband shall pay same by
payinq $15.00 per.week to J. BLAINE JENNINGS, Attorney at Law, 2871
45th Street, Gifford, Florida 32960. The Husband shall begin
makinq said payments on Monday, December 19, 1977, by check or
money order made payable to the aforesaid attorney, and on the
Monday of each week thereafter until the full sum of $84.50 is paid -
in full.
4. The Wife is awarded the sum of $15.00 per week as
temporary child support and the Husband~is ordered to pay the same
to the Wife beqinninq on Monday, December 19, 1977, and on the
Monday of each week thereafter, and the Husband shall make said pay-
ments through the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, and along with each pay-
ment of $15.00, the Husband.shall pay to the Clerk a statutory $2.00
fee. Upon receipt of said payment and fee, the Clerk of Court shall
transmit said child support payment to the Wife forthwith at an add-

~ 5. Durinq the pendency of these proceedings, the Wife is
awarded temporary use and poss,ession of the marital home.
