O R D E R ~
This cause-e~me on to be heard on the 16th day of December,
1977, upon the Wife's Petition for Temporary Relief and this Court's
Order continuing the hearint~ on said cause from December 9, 1977, to ~
December 16, 1977, and both the Husband and Wife being present and
represented by Counsel, and the Court having the heard the counsels
for the parties outline a stipulation to the Court, and the Husband

and Wife having affirmed their agreeraent to said stipulation to the ~
!
Court, and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1~ That the Husband, JOSEPH A. BOLDEN, and the-Wife, PATRICE ~
S. BOLDEN, are hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with,
harrassing or annoying one another, and the Husband is further ordered
~ ~
to vacate and remove himself from the home of the Wife located at 205
Maple Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, as of the date of this order, and
the Husband is further ordered not to return to the home of the Wife.
This restraining order shaZl remain in force ~tring the pendency of
these proceedings for dissolution of marriage and the Sheriff of St.
Lucie County is ordered to enforce this restraining order without fur- ;
ther order from this Court. '
