2. At 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 1977, the Wife
shal~ qive to the Husband that certain color T.V. set and the
Husband shall qive to the Wife that certain tent.-
3. Durinq the pendencies of these proceedinqs the Ausband

shall be responsible for and pay the Sears bill of the parties and
the Wife shall be responsible for and pay the C.I.T. bill.
4. That the Wife is awarded the sum of $50.00 as temporary -
attorneys fees and temporary costs of suit in the sum of $34.50 for a
total of $84.50 and the Husband is ordered to pay the total of said
sum of temporary attorneys fee and costs to the Wife's attorney, BRAD

Florida 33450, within ten (10) days from the date of the rendition of i

5. That the Husband zs ordered to pay and be solely r
responsible for medical bills incurred by the Husband.
6. That the Wife is awarded the sum of $150.00 as temporary ~

alimony during the pendencies of these proceedings and the Husband is i
ardered to pay same.to the Wife on or before January 15, 1978. The ~

Husband shall make said payment to the Wife by paying said sum plus the ~

statutory fee of $2.00 to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Nineteenth +

Judicial Circuit, In and For~St. Lucie County, Florida,.and the Clerk
upon receiving same is to transmit said~payment to the Wife forthwith ~
at her address of 205.Maple Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.
