This cause came on before this Court upon Plaintiff's
Petition for Removal of Tenant and the Court havinq heard arquments
of both parties and beinq otherwise fully advised, it is upon
CONSIDERATION, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant ~
vacate the premises located at 608-B Holly Avenue, Fort Pierce, ~
Florida, on or before the 20th day of December~ 1977. If the _
Defendant does not vacate said premises by said date, Plaintiff
shall be entitled to a Warrant for Possession on the 21st day of
December, 1977, from the Clerk of thia Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJCIDGED that Defendant owes
Plaintiff two months rent at $165.00 per iaonth or a total of $330.00, ;

pZus court costs of $33.50, for which total sum of $363.50 Plaintiff
shall have judgment against Defendant, for which let execution issue.
