B,EFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
-appeared SAMUEL C. GAY, who after first being duly sworn did
depose and say:
1. That he has been a resident of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida for more than 30 years, during most of which period
he was a close friend and acquaintance of James W. Whitice,
a/k/a J. W. Whitice.
2. That of his own personal knowledge, J. W. Whitice
died in St. Lucie County durinq the mid-1960's, and your affiant
served as a pallbearer at his funeral. ~
3. That affiant knows of his own personal. knowledge
that the said James W. Whitice, a/k/a J. W. Whitice, died sur-
- vived by his spouse, Louise C. Whitice, and by two daughters,
Theresa Whitice Olah and Diane Whitice Elliott.
4. That tt~e above named spouse and daughters constitute
the sole heirs-at-law~of James W. Whitice, a/k/a J. W. Whitice.
Further affiant sayeth not.
