ORDER - ~
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing after due notice ta a21 ~
parties and both the Petitioner and the Respondent being present
before the Court and further based on the testimony of each of
the parties, the Court finds an8 detenaines:
1. That the Respondent, DEAN EDMUND BODOH, is gainfully
employed and capable of support his expectant ~ife and paying
the docto~ and hospi~l bills presently incurred or to be incurred
bytfie wife during her pregnancy and the attendant expenses of
the birth of the child.
IT IS THEREUPON ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Respondent, DEAN ~D_MUNp BODOH, shall pay the balance
due to Taylor & Wkiddon of $175.00 on or before December 30, 1977.
2. That Respondent, DEAN EDMUND BODOH, shall pay directly to
Indian River Memorial Hospita2 on or before December 16, 197~, the
necessary deposit required by the hospital in the amount of $400.00
as a pre-admission fee.

3. That all other expenses in connection with the birth of ~
the child shall be paid within a reasonable period of time.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
