Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the. Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the beneCt of

minor children, the sum of S_ 35. 00 per w~k _ plus and additional SmcB~ ~2. 00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receivir~g and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the

of eaeh and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Co~ty~
Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support EnforCenent Section,
1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, o~

Tennessee as lon as the'case is certified as a Title IV-D case. If the Clerk receives
notification by t}~e Department of Health Rehabilitative Services t case is
no 1~Qer a N-D case, he wi12 then forward all support to: Clerk of the Jwenile
Court, 616 Adams Avenue, l~nphis, Tennessee 38105.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
