'!1-IIS CAUSE was duly presented by the Assistant State Attorney and

the Respondent having b~ present in Court, and the Cairt being advised in the
premises, it is,
ORDERID AND AU~ that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner ~
the s~n of ~15.00 per week per child wruder the age of eighteen (18) years ~
and ~15.00 per week per child wider the age of twoenty-o~ne (Z1) yea~s if said ~
child or children are still attending school. The ~15.00 per ~reek payment ~
~ for the child under the age of eighteen (18) years, to-wit: TAM~lY ATKIN9wV, ~
born September 24, 1960, shall include the additional s~ of s2.00 for pay- ~

ment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments and sha1l ~

cam~ence o~ the 3rd day of January, 1978, and thereafter on 1liesday of each '
and every week; said payments sha1Z be macie in cash, by cashier's check or by
postal mar?ey order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. I~ucie County, ~

Florida, aurid the said Clerk shall identify the said checks by REC ~Z1,011, '
make same payable to and transmit same to: DHIt SUPPORT IA~IIT, P. 0, Box 145Q6, '
Salem, Oregon 97309.
This Court shall retain jurisdiction of the cause for the purpose ~
of enforcing this Order and entering such further Orders as may be deaned
