Motion For Caartir~aance and having been stipulated to by the parties
hereto and the Cairt being otherwise fully advised in the pr~nises, it is, ~
ORDERF,D Al~ AA)UDGm that Respondent pay ~to the Petitioner
for the benef~t of BOBBIE LYAHV BIERl~IAN, born Ja~uary 19, 1961, minor child,
the sun of ~40.00 per nanth, plus an additional ~2.00 for payment of
Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These payments
are to begin on the 20th day of December, 1977, and thereafter on the 20th
day of each and every m~nth; that said payiments shall be made in cash, by
cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of Circvit Court vf ~
~ St. Lucie Co~u~ty, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said pay-
~ .
~ ments to: Child Support Fnforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, ~

Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal to the State of California, ~

e as long as the case is certified as a Title N-D case. If the Clerk re- ;

ceives notification by the Department of Health And Rehabilitative Services g

that the case is no longer a IV-D case, he will then forward all support ~

California 95370.
