This cause having come to be heard upon the Husband's Petition
for Mddification of the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage entered
herein on April 5, 197T, and the iiife's Counter-Petition for Modification
and Motion to Hold the Husband in Contempt of Court, and the Court having
heard the evidence of the parties, the agruments of counsel and being
othe~^rri se ful l y advi sed i n the premi ses , i t i s thereupon
ORDERED AND AOJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband is hereby found to be delinquent in the payment of
~the support ordered previously by this Court, which delinquency amounts to
~730.00. The Husband shall reduce the said delinquency by paying the sum
of s10.00 per week in addition to the regular monthly support payments, which
delinquency payment shall accompany the regular child support payments which

; shall be paid through the Clerk of the Circuit Caurt as set forth more
~ I
! particularly herein, and shall continue to be paid until the delinquency is ~
~ paid off.

` 2. The Husband shall continue to pay regular child support payments ;

~ in the sum of ~50.00 per week for the support of the minor child of the ;

parties. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court c/o ~
~
St. Lucie County Courthouse, P. 0. Drawer 700, Fart Pierce, Florida_ 33450, ~
and remitted by the Clerk promptly to Marguerite Lasponara. In addition, the
Husband shall pay the sum of s2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each t
~ -
payment made to the clerk for handling same. All payments shall be made in
~ cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
~ keep the Clerk of the Court adv.ised of their mailing and residence addresses
;
~ at all times. Each payment must be received by the Clerk in his office
~
~ before Friday of each week.
