It appearing fron the evidence before the Court this 16th day of Deceober,
1977, that HBRBBRT B. YANCY, JR. has Willfully failed and refused to pay the child
support aa required by the Final Judgsent eatered Ju$e 26th, 19T4, and is of this
date in arrears 53,483.70, ~rhich includes Court Costs of $9.50, it is
pRDg,R~ MID ADJUDGBD that arrears are reduced to $3,000.00, allowing credit
for the time.Respondent had the child, aad such arrearage places Respondeat in conte+mpt
of tbis Court but may purge himself of this conteopt by hereafter payiag the 53,000.00 -
at the rate of $5.00 per week, Qlua coatinuing to ~ake regular pay~eats of $30.00 each
and every week, for a total of $35.00 per week. Payseats to be sade to the Clerk in
cash, cashier's check or money order, aad are to iaclude an additional $2.00 Clerk's
fee. When the arrearage has bean paid in full, the weekly pay~oenta shall be reduced
