ORDER
This action was heard before this Court on December 20,
1977 upon Defendant TRI-COUNTY ACCEPTANCE CORP. Motion to Dismiss
Complaint and Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Affirmative Defenses
and the Court having heard arguments of counsel for the parties, -
and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, and
upon consideration thereof, i~ is
~ ADJUDGED as follows:
i 1. The Motion-to Dismiss is denied. Defendant TRI-COUNTY
ACCEPTANCE CORP., shall have fifteen (15) days from the date of -
entry of this Order within which to file its response to~the .
i Complaint.
2. The Motion to Strike Affirmative Defenses is denied.
Plaintiff shall have fifteen (15) days from the date of entry of
this Order within which to file its reply to Affirr:iative Defenses.
