it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to fotward said support payments
received from the Defendant/Father to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmit~al
check~ or an accounting therefor, shall bear the name end~social
security number of each respective Defendant/p'ather in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties hereto shaLl and
they-are hereby ordered to submit to both a polqgraph test and the
necessary and proper bl.ood tests regarding paternity of the child.
Any cost relating to any test and travel to and from the taking of
said tests shall be paid bq the Defendant, LAWRENCE KING. Said
tests shall be accomplished within 90 daqs and when said results of
the tests are filed herein- this matter shall be reconsidered by this
Court ; i t is f urth~er
ORDERED AND AD~TUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is herebq ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to disontinue payments from the
Department of Health and Reha bilitative Services, in which event
the support payments shall thereaf ter be directed and payable to
the natural mother; ~
JURISDICTIO'.J: - Jurisdiction is hereby retained for the
consideration of related matters in the future.
