THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Petition of the
Department of~Health and Rehabilitative SeYVices for Child Support
• and the Court having found that said Petitioner is a~r~per party
by virtue of.an assignment of rights to child support signed by
the party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and all parties
having received proper notice, it is ~ ,

made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:
