.ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said support payments
received from the Def endant/Father to the Department of Health and -
Rehabilitative Services, Chi1d Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal
check,-or an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and aocial
security number of each respective Def endant/I~'ather in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AND AD,7UDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to t'ransmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from the -
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in whic'n event
