THIS CAUSE having come o~ for hearing on Petition of the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services for Child Support
• and the Court tlaving found that said Petitioner is a proper party
by virtue of an assignment of rights to child support signed by
the.party Y?aving.custody of the dependent child(ren) and all parties
having received proper notic e, it is
; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition shall be and the
