until the whole of said indebtedness is paid, with interest fran December 16, 1977 at

If any installment of this Note is not paid at the time and place specified, the
entire ~aimt unpaid shall be due and payable at the election of the ho2der hereof.
All parties hereto, whether makers, endorsers, sureties, guarantors, or othen~•ise,
hereby waive demand, notice ar~d protest. If placed in the hands of an attorney for
collection, we jointly and severally agree to pay reasonable attorney's fees.
The makers of thi.s Note hereby reserve the right of prepayment after December 31,
1978, but any prepayment must not exceed ;15,000.00 plus interest~in any one year. '
There will be a prepayment penalty of 10~ on the relaaining unpaid balance if paid in
full prior to December 31, 1982.
