DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF VENTURE OUT AT
ST, I;UCIE, INC., AND THE BYLAWS OF VENTURE OUT AT ST LUCIE, INC.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under the provisions of Chapter 718,.
Florida Statutes. and under the provisions of the Declaration of
Condominium of VENTURE OUT AT ST, LUCIE, INC., a Condominium as

recorded in OfFicial Record Book 189, page 1677, et se~c., and 190,
page 2656, et seg., respectively~ and the Bylaws of VENTURE OUT AT
ST. LUCIE, INC.~ that the following Amendments to the Declaration ot

Condominium and the Bylaws of the Condominium Association were duly
and regularly made and adopted as provided in said Declaration and
Bylaws and by Florida law: (Deletions are lined through with hyphens
and Amendments are underlined).

I. Article XIII (A) of the Declaration of Condominium and j
Article XVI Section 3-1 of the Bylaws shall read as follows:
"All travel trailer units hereinafter referred
to as units in the subdivision, are hereby designated
REC$EATZONAL SITES FOR TRAVEL TRAILERS (SITES), '
including within such category, tent-type folding j
trailers, pick-up campers, modern travel trailers ~
and other similar types of recreation vehicles and
equipment that are mobile, hereinafter referred to
as "recreational vehicles", it is s ecificall

mounted on wheels. No permanent or semi-permanent
structure may be erected on any unit in the subdivision
nor may any trailer which is designed as permanent
Iiving quarters be located or placed on any unit, it ~
being the declared intent of the subdivider to exclude ~
mobile homes from use on the unit and to create and z
maintain an area designed for the maximum beauty and £
benefit of leisure time campers. PROVIDED, further, ~
that tables, benches, fireplaces and grills, may be
erected, but no personal property except as provided
immediately above, shall be permitted to remain where - ;
~ it can be seen by other site owners or visitors to the "
area, except when the unit is actualZy in use; provided,
further, however, that the foregoing shall not apply to
the principal recreational vehicle which may be allowed
