INC. ~ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under the provisions of Chaoter 718, Florida Statutes, and under the provisions of the Declaration of " E Condominium of VENTURE OUT AT INDIAN RIVER~ INC., a Con~lominium, as recorded in Official Record Book 201, at page 1402, et seg., of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, that the following Araendments to the Bylaws of the Condominium Association were duly and regularly made and adopted as provided in said Declaration and Florida law: (Deletions are lined through with hyphens and Amend- ments are underlined). I. Article II, Section 4 of the Bylaws shall read as follows: ~ ~"The annual meeting shall be held at the Park, Venture Out at Indian River, on the ~rd-Snnday-- last Wednesda of Beeember--Januar Ethe-€~rs~ nex~- e eWing-eessat~en-e€- ere epmen~~-and ~kerea€~er-en-~ke-~e~-Snnday-e€-Beee~nber of each year, for the purpose of electing Directors and trarrisacting other business authorized to be ~ transacted by the members : ~ i i II. Article XVI Section 3-1 of the Bylaws shall read as - ~ - ~ follows: , ~ . "All Units hereinafter are hereby designated SITES FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES (SITES), included within ¢ such category are folding type "pop-up" trailers, pick-up campers, travel trailers, and motor homes all of which were originally manufactured and ~ designed for use as a recreational vehicle. It is specifically understood that all such vehicles ai}} be-eea~p~e~e~y-ae~€-een~e~ned must have all three utility hook-ups; namely, water, e ectric ty an ~sewa~ ~e an ~ not excee 3~5'' n engt . ot n~cIu~c ed are folding tents ae~-aet~n~ed-en-Wi~ee~s and mobile homes. No per~anent or semi-permanent structure may be erected on any Unit nor may any trailer which is designed as permanent living ~ quarters be located or placed on any Unit, it being ~ the declared intent of the developer to exclude ; ~ mobile homes from use on the Units and to create E and maintain an area designed for the maximum ~ ~ beauty and benefit of leisure time campers.
