ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me upon the
~ Joint Petition for Approval of Settlement of a claim for
~ personal injuries sustained by CHESTER B. GANDY, a minor,
~ -
~ by and through such minor's Mother and Next Friend, MARY B.
GANDY, and MARY B. GANDY, individually, and the Court
having considered the testimony of the parties hereto, and
being further advised in the premises, the Court finds:
(a) That CHESTER B. GANDY is a minor.
~ (b) That MARY B. GANDY is the parent and natural
~ '
~ guardian and next friend of said minor. _

~ (c) That said minor sustained certain personal
~ injuries for which said minor has a claim. It is thereupon ~
~ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as followsz

(1) The Joint Petition for Approval of Settlement of ~

the claim of the minor for personal injuries be and the same ~
is hereby granted.
! (2) The settlement of such minor's claim in the amount
of $3317.55 be and the same is hereby approved,as presented.~
