This is a purchase money second mortgage given by the mortgagors
as part purchase price of the mortgaged property. The agreement
, ~ of purchase and sale of the property contains a provision appended
F-+ hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. In the event any
~ sums become due to the mortgagor (purchaser) from the mortgagee
~ (seller) under said Exhibit "A", then upon determination of such ~
H swa and sellers' failure promptly to pay such swns to purchaser,
~ then purchaser (mortgaqor) may apply such swn to the install:aents
of principal and interest falling due under the hereafter des-
cribed m~rtgage note on July 1, 1978, and also subject to a
subordination agreement as contained in said agreement for
purchase and sale.
