~ INSTALLMENT NOTE -
$293,300.00 Fort Pierce, Florida
December , 1977
For value received we, jointly and severally, as principal
promise to pay without defalcation to the order of PAUL H. LEFFMAN,
Route 3, Box 513, Fort Pierce,~Florida 33450, the swn of One Hundred
Ninety-Three Thousand Three Hundred ($193,300.00) and no/100 Dollars,
with interest from date at the rate of eight (8$) per cent per annum,
in installments payable as follows, to-wit:
$65,150.00 on the 5th day of January, 1978, on
which portion of said principal amount interest
shall not accrue prior to Janury 5, 1978;
$64,075.00 on July 31, 1978, together with interest
on the ba2ance of $128,150.00;
$64,075.00 on January 5, 1979, together with inter-
est on the balance of $64,075.00.
Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the
interest and then on the unpaid balance of the principal sum. If de-
fault is made in the payment of any installment when due, then, at the
option of the payee, all remaining insta].lments shall become due and
. payable at once.

Should it become necessary to collect~this note through an
attorney, either of us, whether maker, surety or endorser on this note,
hereby agrees to pay all costs of-~Ilection, including a reasonable ~
attorney's fee. .
The makers, sureties and endorsers hereof severally waive
presentment, protest and notice of prote.st for non-payment of this note
and agree that the time of its maturity may be extended before or after
maturity and do further severally agree to any renewal thereof before •
or after maturity, without.natice of them. In the event of default . ~
hereunder, the holder shall not arrest and the maker shall not have
any personal liability hereunder, the holder agreeing to look solely i
to the property secured hereby for the payment of the sums evidenced ~
hereby.
