FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ ~
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Petition of JACQUELINE
F. HALBE, Wife, for Dissolution of Marriage, and the Answer of
JAMES M. HALBE, Husband, and in consideration of the pleadings,
the testimony and report and findings of the General Master, and .
the Court being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds:
.
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of
the subject matter of this cause.
2. That the Wife has sustained the material allegations
contained in her Petition by competent testimony, and the marriage
is irretrievably broken.
~ It is therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
~ 1. That the report and findings of the•General Master be and

f they are hereby,approved and confirmed. _
2. That the marriage of JAMES M. HALBE, Husband, and
JACQUELINE F. HALBE, Wife, b,e and it is hereby dissolved and ~ne
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them are hereby
severed.
3. That the Wife's former married name of Jacqueline F.
Bronson be and it is hereby restored to her.
