A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF C

ADOPTING THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL F(
SOUTH HUTCHINSON ISLAND REGIONAL WASTE
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - SOUTH DISTRICT MUB
SERVICES BENEFIT UNIT AND CREDITIN~

ROLL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, on August 17, 1993, pursuant to Chapter 1-13.5.
Code of Ordinances (the "Code"), the Board of County Commissione
Florida (the "Board") adopted Resolution No. 93-096 which initially det~

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Co
