; Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the r~nts, issues
and pro~ts of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
i collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here-
i after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
; tawing described household appliances, which u+e and shall be deemed to be, fixteues and a part of the
realty, and aze a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
; Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said 1~iorLgagee in fee simple.
The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seixed of said land in fee simple or
; such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor dces hereby fully warrant the tiUe to
said land, and every part thereof, and wilt defend the same against the lawful claims of ali petsons
whomsoever.
! PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagor should pay to the Mortgagee that certain promissory
note of even date herewith, made by the Mortgagor and payable to the order of the :14ortgagee in the

may become due and owing hereunder and secured hereby, and shall faithfully and promptly comply with
and perform each and every other covenant and provision herein on the part of the Mortgagor to be
complied with and performed, and every other covenant and provision as contained in that blank or master
form of mortgage, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein irt full, then these presents
shall be void and released at the expense of the Mortgagor, otherwise to remain in full force and effect. The
said blank or master form of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the OfCcial ftecords of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following counties in Florida in the Of6cial Records Volume and at the
3 page desigriated after the name of each county, to-wit: (except that it was recorded in Bradford, Brevard,
; Duval and Suwannee Counties on February 9, I9'T0, and in Dade County on Febncary 10, 1970)
