The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the Mortgagee, that he is seized of said land in fee simple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said Mortgagor dces hereby fully warrant the tit]e ta
said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
~ PROV[DED ALWAYS, that if the Mortgagor should pay to the Aiortgagee that certain promissory
~ note of even date herewith~ made by the Mortgagor and payable to the order of the Mortgagee in the

said blank or master form of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the Official ftecords of the
