Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed
therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or ce~trally controlled, used to
` supply heat, gas, air cond+tioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiiiation or otlier services, and any other thing
' ~ow or hereafier therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors to leasees is customary or appropriate, including
~ screens, window shades, storm doors a~d windows, floor coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves a~d water heaters
lall of which are intended to be and are hereby declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached
thereto or ~ot); and also together with all easements and the rents, issues and profits of said premises which are hereby
ptedged, assigned, transferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as
provided in the Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby wbrogated to the rights of all
mortgagees, lienholde~s and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLQ the said properiy, with said buildings, improvements, fixtures, appurtenances, appa-
, ~atus and equipment, a~d with all the rights and privileges thereunto belonging unto said mortgagee forever, for the uses
herein set forth, free from all rights and benefits under the homestead, exemption and valuation laws of any state,
which said rights and benefits said Mortgagor dces hereby release and waive. ~
SUBJECT TO all of the covenants and obligations of the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, as contained in a wppte-
mental agreement dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and ~eference is he~eby made to said note and
wpplemental agreement for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby incorporated herei; ~~fully
as if written o t verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida Siatutes, in Official Record Book
