ARTICLE II
DEFINTTIONS
The terms used in this Declaration and in its exhibits shall have the meanings stated in
the Condominium Act (?18 Florida Statutes, as amended) ~ ar~d as foliows~ unless the context
otherwise requires:
A. Dwelling Unit, a t3nit and Apartment means unit as defined by the Condominium Act.
and the terms dwelling unit, apartment, and unit shall be used interchangeably in this Dec-
laration and have the same meaning .
B. Dwellin~ Unit Owner means owner as defined by the Condominium Act .
C. AssociaFion means THE ATLANTIS BUILDING A CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION , INC
a s lavrfully amended £rom time to time , and its successors .
; D. Common Elements shall include the tangible personal property required for the main-

~ tenance and operation of the condominium , even though owned by the Association ~ as well as
~ the items stated in the Condominium Act .

E. Common Expenses include:

4 1. Expenses of administration; expenses of maintenance, operaiion, repair
~ and replacement of the common elements and of the portions of dwelling
s units to be maintained by the Association.
2. Expenses declared common expenses by the provisions of this Declaration
~ or by the By-Laws .

3. Any valid charge against the condominium property as a vvhole which in-
; cludes the expenses of operating~Atlantis Property Ch~vners Association,
Inc .

F. Condominium means all of the condominium property as a whole when the context so
.s permits, as well as the meaning stated in the Condominium Act.

1 G. Singular, lurai ~ender. Whenever the context so permiis, the use of the plural
shall include the singular, the singular shall include the plural, and the use of at~y gender
= shall be deemed to include all genders .

, H. Utility services, as used in the Condominium Act and construed with reference to
this condominium, and as used in the Declararion and By-Laws, shall include but not be limited
_ to electric power , water and garbage and sewage disposal .
