Fach of the 3 condominiums to be created at Atlantis and their 3 Associations shall share equally in the cost of maintaining both of the pools and the tennis courts. They shall also share equaliy in the cost of maintaining all of the roadways and parking areas at Atlantis. AIl of the dwelling uriit owners of Buildings B and C are hereby granted a perpetual easement across alI of the property of Atlantis Condo- rninium - Building A. This easement is for the purpose of access to the swimming pool for their use and enjoyment as well as for pedestrian and vehicular access across the roadways and parking areas . The Declararions of Condominium for Buildings B and C~ha12 contain this same grant of easement across those lands to the unit owners of Building A. D. Included in the common use properties shall be a package plant in order to furnish sewer service to the Atlantis Condominiums. The cost of construction and maintenance of the p Iant will be the Developer's . It is anticipated that other condominiums planned by the Developer will also be served by this plant in additioa to the At~antis Condominiums. At such ; time as the future condominium developments are completed, Developer will deed the plant to - ! che various condominium Associations whose condominiums it serves .
