B. Amendment of Declaration . An amendment of this Declaration reflecting such autho-
r-ized alteration of dwelling unit plans by Developer need be signed and acknowledged only by
the Developer and need not be approved by the Association. dwelling unit owners or lienors
or mortgagees of dwelling units or of the condominium . whe~ther or not elsewhere required
for an amendment .
