~ C. The seal of the Association shall bear the name of the corporation, the vvord,

~ MEMBERS' I~iEETII`'GS
A. The annual members' meering shall be held at the office of the Association at 30 P.?1~ .
~ on the third Thursday of October of each year, for the purpose of electing directors and
transacting any other business authorized to be transacted by the members; provided, how-
ever, if that day is a legal holiday~ the meeting sha11 be held at the same hour on the next
:x day that is not a holiday
